How to print StockX labels on a 4 × 6 thermal printer
StockX is the most awkward of the common label formats, because one page holds two different things and the shipping label is printed sideways.

A StockX label PDF is a single A4 page, 8.27 by 11.69 inches. It carries two separate items:
- The shipping label, in the top portion, rotated onto its side so the text reads vertically. It measures roughly 6.7 by 4.5 inches in that orientation.
- The packing slip, below a dashed cut line, carrying the order number, the item description, and a QR code for StockX's own use.
The dashed cut line sits about 5.8 inches down the page. That line is StockX telling you where the scissors go, and it is the cleanest divider between the two halves.
Why printing the page as is goes wrong
Send that A4 page to a 4 by 6 thermal printer and the driver shrinks the whole sheet, both halves of it, down onto one label. You end up with a shipping label about a third of its proper size, sitting above a shrunken packing slip, with a barcode no scanner will read.
Cropping just the shipping label by hand works, but you still have to rotate it, and you have to do it for every single order.
What Relabely does with a StockX page
It produces two separate 4 by 6 labels from the one page.
The shipping label
Cropped out of the top section and stood upright automatically. The orientation is worked out from the barcode rather than guessed, because the bars of a linear barcode always run across a label and the barcode always sits low on its face. That is a far more reliable signal than the shape of the crop.
The packing slip
Cropped from below the cut line and turned to fill the label. This is deliberate. The slip is a wide, short shape, so laid upright on a 4 by 6 page it shrinks to under two thirds and the item details get hard to read. Turned a quarter turn, it fills about 88 percent of the page instead. It goes inside the box, so the orientation does not matter, but legibility does.
Both come out in order, shipping label first, so a batch of orders keeps each pair together as you pack.
Bulk orders with several sheets
StockX bulk exports arrive as multi page PDFs, one sheet per order. Drop the whole file in and each sheet produces its own pair of labels, still in order. Forty sheets becomes eighty labels in a single print file.
If the split comes out wrong
Press Adjust on any label to see every region that was found, pick a different one, or drag your own crop box over the page. The plus button next to a region prints it as an extra label. Nothing about the automatic pass is locked in.

Questions
Why does my StockX label print sideways?
Because StockX prints the shipping label rotated on the page to fit it alongside the packing slip. Relabely stands it upright automatically using the barcode to work out which way is up.
Why do I get two labels from one StockX page?
The page holds a shipping label and a packing slip separated by a cut line. The first goes on the box and the second goes inside it, so each becomes its own 4 by 6.
Why is the packing slip sideways in the output?
On purpose. The slip is wide and short, so upright on a 4 by 6 it would shrink to under two thirds. Turned a quarter turn it fills about 88 percent of the label and stays readable. Use the rotate arrows if you prefer it upright.
Can I print a whole bulk order at once?
Yes. Drop in the multi page PDF and every sheet produces its pair of labels, kept in order, in one print file.
