The short version. Relabely is free to use for personal and business shipping. It does its best to find and straighten your label, but it cannot promise a correct result on every layout, so check each label before you ship it. Do not use the tool to alter postage or reuse a paid label.
These terms are an agreement between you and Relabely Inc, the operator of Relabely. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Relabely is a free web tool that reads a shipping label file, finds the label on the page, crops it, straightens it, and produces a new PDF sized 4 inches by 6 inches for printing on label stock.
The tool runs inside your browser. There is no account, no upload, and no stored history. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may do so without notice, because the service is provided free of charge.
You keep every right you already had in the files you open with Relabely, and in the labels the tool produces. We claim no licence and no ownership over them.
We could not claim anything over them in practice either, since your files are processed on your own device and are never sent to us.
This is the most important obligation in these terms.
Relabely decides where a label sits on a page and which way is up by examining the artwork automatically. It has been tested against real files from a range of marketplaces and carriers, and it is accurate on those. It cannot guarantee a correct result for every layout from every carrier, and a layout it has never seen may be cropped or rotated wrongly.
Check every printed label before you attach it to a parcel. Confirm that the address is complete, that the barcode is fully inside the label, and that the label is printed at full size. You are responsible for what goes on your parcels, including postage, addresses, service selection, and scannable barcodes.
You agree not to use Relabely to do any of the following.
Tampering with postage is a serious matter and in many countries it is a criminal offence. Nothing in this tool is intended to help with it.
The design, text, graphics, and code of this site belong to Relabely Inc or to its licensors, except for third party components used under their own licences. You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy the site wholesale and pass it off as your own service.
The names of marketplaces and carriers that appear on this site are used only to describe which file formats the tool has been tested against. See section 10.
The site carries third party advertising, which pays for it being free. We do not control the content of those ads or the sites they lead to, and we do not endorse them. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
How advertising data is handled is described in the privacy notice.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular time, or that a converted label will be accepted by any carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relabely Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
This specifically includes lost or misdelivered parcels, refused or unreadable barcodes, wasted label stock, carrier surcharges, delays, and any resulting loss of sales or customer disputes.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of ten United States dollars or the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relabely Inc from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of another person.
Relabely is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to eBay, StockX, GOAT, Vinted, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other marketplace or carrier.
Those names appear on this site only to identify the label formats the tool has been tested against, which is an accurate statement of compatibility. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
The service is free and is offered on a best efforts basis. We may withdraw it, change it, or restrict access to it at any time. Because there is no account, there is nothing for you to cancel, and you can stop using the site at any moment by closing the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you use the service from another country, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you there.
