Printing labels from Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and anywhere else
Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and most other marketplaces use the same basic layout, and Relabely handles them the same way. This page also covers cropping a label yourself, which works on any format at all.

Open the converterThe pattern nearly every marketplace follows
Whichever platform you sell on, the label you download is usually a Letter or A4 page with a 4 by 6 label placed on part of it. The remainder is either blank or filled with a packing slip. The reason is simple: platforms generate labels for ordinary office printers, and an office printer expects a full sheet of paper.
That means the fix is the same everywhere. Crop to the label, discard the rest, print at full size.
How the label gets found
There is no template matching involved, which is why unfamiliar formats often work anyway. The page is examined for two things.
- A linear barcode. Every shipping label has one, its bars run across the label, and it sits low on the face. That gives both the location and which way is up.
- Blocks of content separated by white space or a printed frame. A label is a dense rectangle of ink with clear space around it, and a frame holds it together as one region.
A region is scored on how close it is to a real 4 by 6 in actual inches, whether it contains a barcode, and its proportions. Physical size is weighted heavily, because a packing slip can share the proportions of a label but rarely its dimensions.
Because none of this depends on a per platform template, a layout Relabely has never encountered is handled the same way as a familiar one. That is also why it is worth trying with labels from carriers and platforms not listed on this site.
Cropping a label yourself
When the automatic pass gets it wrong, take over. This works on any file, from any carrier.
- Press Adjust under the label you want to change.
- The page appears with every detected region marked by corner brackets. Click one to crop to it.
- If none are right, drag a box across the page with your mouse to cut your own crop.
- Use the rotate arrows if the orientation is off.
- Press the plus next to any region to print it as an extra label, which is how you split a page holding two things.
Dragging needs a mouse, so on a phone use the detected regions instead.
Printing, whichever platform it came from
- Set the paper size to 4 × 6 in the printer driver before printing.
- Choose actual size and set page scaling to none.
- If you have no thermal printer, pick Letter with the label centered and cut it out.
- Check the barcode is complete and the address is readable before shipping.

Questions
Does Relabely work with Poshmark, Mercari and Depop labels?
Yes. All three follow the same pattern as most marketplaces, a 4 by 6 label placed on a Letter sheet. Relabely finds the label by its barcode and its frame rather than by a per platform template, so those layouts are handled the same way as any other.
What if my label looks different to the examples here?
Try it anyway. Nothing about the process depends on recognising a particular marketplace, so unfamiliar layouts usually work. If the crop is not right, press Adjust to pick the region yourself or drag your own box over the page.
What if my label is from a carrier rather than a marketplace?
Try it. Labels are found by barcode and frame rather than by a fixed template, so UPS, FedEx and USPS labels from other sources often work without any special handling.
Can I crop a label myself?
Yes. Press Adjust, then either click one of the detected regions or drag a box over the page to cut your own. The plus button prints an extra label from any region.
