This is the most useful thing you can report, and it is worth doing.
Every format Relabely handles well was fixed by testing against a real file of that kind. If your label is cropped in the wrong place, rotated the wrong way, or split into the wrong number of pages, send the details and, if you are able to, a label file with the customer's details replaced or blanked out.
Please include which marketplace or carrier produced the file, what you expected, and what you got instead.
Requests about personal information, including access, correction, and deletion, go to the same address. See the rights section of the privacy notice for what can realistically be requested, given that the site holds no accounts and never receives your files.
